By submitting payment, you agree to:
Vendors agree to kindly commit to supplying all essential items like signs, tents, weight for tents (as the city of Frederick doesn’t allow us to secure tents by staking them to the flower beds). You will have a 10x10 foot space. We ask that you furnish your own tables, chairs, tents, and equipment needed for a self-sustained booth.
Vendors agree to stay until 4 PM.
**No alcoholic beverages without permit.
**No Marijuana may be distributed by vendors.
The event is rain or shine, so it’s non-refundable. However if you have any problems, please feel free to contact us.
Vendors agree to allow us to use the pictures you supplied with your application for advertising this event.
We will also send the set up information 1-2 weeks prior to our event.
